~Disasteroid for Forum Administrator~

Oh hello guys, Disaster here, and I would like to be a Forum Administrator.

I could not find one to save my life, so I made my own little 'Application'.


What position would you like?
Forum Administrator

Why did you pick this?
Because I have not seen much forum action taken against spamming, and proper locking/deleting of un-needed threads/topics.

If you were picked for this job, what would you give to the community?
I would ensure that the forums be kept neat, in order, and organized as long as I would be in the position. I would give honesty, and respect to members that deserve it to. I have already contributed a couple of helpful guides dealing with the forum and the server itself to. You will expect to have this happen if I were an Administrator.

Do you have any experience with forums/community's?
Yes, I have worked with forums, with a little tutorial, I even made one out of scratch, though darkbb forums are often the coolest looking ones. I am very good with darkbb and php.
I have also been a moderator on a number of forums, and a administrator on one. And note that these were not all about runescape private servers, some were actual ones about non-game related things.

How old are you?
I am 14. Almost 15 if that makes a difference.

How long have you been on the forums?
I have watched the forums for a good amount of time, and finally decided to join it, only to find it in a state of neededness of moderators that, well....moderated the forums more often. So I would sum up 1 month, but hey, never to late to start helping.

Do you have any dislikes/likes that relate to a forum?
Likes:
-Good Grammar
-Honesty
-Order
Dislikes:
-Bad Grammar
-Spammers
-Trolls
-Flamers
-Pointless Arguing
-Ect.

Do you have any ideas for the forum in the upcoming future?
Yes, I have already listed a big one that would change the entire forum layout into a much needed, and better looking set-up/look. But that would require me to become a administrator.

Are there any people that would recommend you for this job?If so, please state below:

Many people have requested me for forum moderator, but that gives me no power at all besides a blue name.


If you think I am trying to skip moderator, think again. Moderator gives you no forum power whatsoever, all it gives you is a blue name, so you may as well not even apply for a forum moderator, unless you want a blue name of course. I never really wanted Server Moderator, never asked for it. I just wanted Forum Administrator because it kinda upsets me that a forum can be so saddening.

Yes I would say you would be almost adequate. HAHAHA, who am I to fool, you are perfecto! We really need to restore order to the forums, they're just a tad bit out of hand (no sarcasm .



On the side:

We also need to edit the responsibilities and powers of a forum moderator.... And make sure that the people who are currently forum moderators, as myself, are doing the right things and not abusing their status (or the forums for that matter).

Yes we do, if there were powers, I would just want moderator. Although a blue name is quite cool, its not cool enough to the point that you are basically a member still.

Apparently my application has been accepted! Hooray. But it also seems I can't do a thing. Either that, or I can't find the controls for the forum.
