locking exp

I was thinking about being able to lock your exp in all combat skills, so if you are a skiller and accidentally attack something, it won't raise your combat level

I've seen this done before on other servers, it was added as a spell.

yeah on another server i saw this as a button next to the equipment stats button and u press to unlock also on a different server they had a command that lets you lock exp by saying ::lockxp or something along those lines

yeah thats exactly what I'm talking about
